Role overview: 

  • We are looking for an experienced Technologist (Beer & Soft Drinks), who will support product quality and technical standards across Carlsberg Azerbaijan’s beer and soft drinks portfolio, monitor quality, investigating issues, supporting process improvements and providing technical guidance on product storage, handling and dispensing. 

What You'll be doing:

  • Monitor product quality and compliance with technological specifications;
  • Support improvements in beverage production processes, working closely with Production and Quality teams;
  • Investigate product quality issues and recommend corrective actions;
  • Provide technical guidance on beverage storage, handling and dispensing;
  • Conduct technical visits and deliver training, including regular business trips across Azerbaijan’s regions;
  • Deliver training on product quality, storage conditions and handling practices;
  • Prepare technical reports and follow up on agreed improvements.

What we’re looking for:

  • University degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry or a related field;
  • Relevant experience in beverage technology, production or quality assurance.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety requirements; familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 is an advantage;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage.
