Job Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to manage and support our B2B processes in IT- Supply chain operations of semiconductor and sensor manufacturing process, including adapter monitoring, SAP integration, error resolution, and supplier onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring B2B platforms (E2Open or similar), supporting integration workflows, and performing technical troubleshooting. This role also includes managing mailbox support, producing analytical reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support and improve supply chain integration. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure seamless B2B transaction processing by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving system or transaction-related issues.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to integration adapters used in B2B transactions.Monitor and troubleshoot errors on the E2Open platform, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to operations.
  • Oversee SAP system integrations, ensuring data consistency and resolving any interface or IDoc-related issues.
  • Manage and respond to integration-related queries or error notifications via shared support mailboxes.Perform reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity across systems on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and share monthly error reports, summarizing trends, root causes, and resolution efforts.
  • Conduct supplier onboarding calls and support onboarding activities including B2B setup, adapter configuration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Perform validation and testing of new features during system upgrades to ensure stability and compatibility.Implement and test code changes related to the Freight Transaction Layer (FTL), ensuring compliance and performance.
  • Generate and interpret analytical reports using Qlik Sense and SAC Analytical cloud to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Track and support JIRA tickets related to technical issues, enhancements, and testing under Triage & Resolution (T&R) processes.
  • Drive productivity and process improvements to optimization the system for better overview.Coordinate requirements with different stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional teams( External suppliers or Internal suppliers). 

Educational Qualification:    

  • B.Tech/B.E

Mandatory/Requires Skills:

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable presenting findings, reports, and recommendations to internal teams or external partners.

Technical Skill set:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation, etc.SQL - Proficient in writing queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
  • Python (Basic) - Used for automating repetitive tasks, parsing data logs, or minor integrations.
  • Skills to add the advantage:E2Open(E2MV), Jira , SAP MM (Materials Management), Jira , SAC Analytical Cloud
  • Timings Of Work:9:00 AM IST to 6:00 PM IST( Mon-Friday) and Might extend a couple of hour whenever it is needed.Need to Support on weekend , If needed.
