We are on the path to $100M in ARR with 20%+ monthly growth, powering thousands of searches every day and making Juicebox one of the fastest-growing AI SaaS companies in the world.

About the RoleWe’re hiring for a Product Operations role to help us turn customer insights into better products. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and our customer-facing teams to understand how customers use Juicebox, uncover opportunities for improvement, and help bring new features to life. You’ll get deep into the product, investigate problems, and take ownership of the details that make a great customer experience.
You WillTurn customer feedback into action. Join customer conversations and synthesize feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and Support to identify recurring pain points and unmet needs.
Investigate and drive resolution of product issues. Reproduce bugs, clarify customer impact, and work with Engineering and Product to prioritize fixes and close the loop.
Help us ship great products. Test new features and AI-powered workflows, identify confusing experiences and edge cases, and support beta testing and launches.
Use data to understand what’s working. Analyze product usage, adoption, and customer feedback to surface opportunities and evaluate whether changes deliver value.
Own product improvements. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate well-defined problems into clear requirements, support delivery, and assess results.
Make the team faster. Improve how we capture feedback, track issues, and communicate product updates, using lightweight tools and automation to reduce manual work.
Experience solving problems in product operations, business operations, customer success, consulting, analytics, or another relevant role. Strong internships, entrepreneurial projects, and other evidence of ownership count.
A clear interest in becoming a Product Manager, paired with enthusiasm for the hands-on work of learning a product and helping customers succeed.
Strong analytical instincts: you ask good questions, investigate details, and use evidence to make recommendations.
Clear, concise communication and the ability to turn an ambiguous issue into a problem someone can act on.
Strong follow-through. You keep track of the details, bring the right people together, and see work through to resolution.
Curiosity about AI and comfort learning technical concepts, working with engineers, and experimenting with new tools.
A bias toward action, openness to feedback, and the judgment to adapt as priorities change.
Experience with SQL, product analytics, AI tools, or building simple automations is a plus.
