Job Description

Key Activities: 

Sales Support Keeping track of the invoices and orders

  • Preparing monthly reports.
  • Payments follow up.
  • Liaise with John Crane-Bangalore
  • Travel required but not frequently.
  • MIS reports and monthly forecast in C4C.
  • Payment recovery, close review of outstanding statement

Office Administrative

  • Vendor registrations
  • Settling Bills related to regular office maintenance.
  • Sales Support
  • Keeping track of the invoices and orders
  • Preparing monthly reports.
  • Payments follow up.
  • Liaise with John Crane-Bangalore
  • Payment recovery, close review of outstanding statement
  • Submission of write off forms, review of late delivery
Qualifications
  • B.E graduate
  • The proficiency / expertise in SAP modules & Excel is must.
  • Self-Starter, Team – Player with well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Must be a candidate from surrounding area with fluency in local language.
  • Support safe workplace cultures and compliance with Smiths EH&S
