Job Description

As our Junior Creative Designer, you’ll be part of our Creative Studio, with a key focus on creating and developing presentations used in client pitches. You’ll work with existing ideas, concepts and content and turn them into visually strong, engaging and well-crafted presentations. Working within our visual identity, you’ll help create a clear visual flow and ensure that our creative thinking is presented in an inspiring and compelling way.

This is a part-time temporary position, designed to work alongside your studies or other commitments.

YOUR IMPACT 

  • Create and develop presentations for client pitches, turning creative ideas and content into visually engaging decks. 
  • Translate creative concepts into strong visual storytelling, helping create a clear flow and narrative throughout the presentation. 
  • Work within our visual identity to ensure presentations have a consistent, recognisable and high-quality look and feel. 
  • Visualise ideas and concepts through layout, typography, imagery, colour and other design elements. 
  • Create moodboards and visual references that help communicate the look, feel and creative direction of an idea. 
  • Collaborate closely with the team, translating input from creatives, strategists and other stakeholders into strong presentation material. 
  • Support the creative team with other visual and creative tasks as needed, contributing to a wide range of projects.
Qualifications
  • We’re looking for someone at the beginning of their creative career with a strong visual eye and an interest in how ideas are packaged, visualised and presented. 
  • You are likely studying graphic design, visual communication, art direction or a related field. 
  • You have a strong eye for design, layout, typography, imagery and visual composition. 
  • An interest in presentation design, creative concepts and visual storytelling. 
  • The ability to turn ideas and information into presentations that are clear, engaging and visually compelling. 
  • Good skills in design tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver polished work. 
  • The ability to take direction and feedback and translate it into strong visual solutions. 
  • Curiosity, creativity and an eagerness to learn.
