Job DescriptionThis is a full time, permanent position working 37 hours per week flexibly between 07:00 – 19:00.
As a Device Project Coordinator you will provide project management support to parenteral combination product developments.
Job Responsibilities that you be covering:
- You will support the Device Development Lead in managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring quality, cost and schedule targets are achieved in line with Eurofins standards.
- You will coordinate and contribute to the development of drug delivery devices, supporting project delivery through established procedures, processes and best practices.
- You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to drive device development projects and lifecycle management activities from concept through to implementation.
- You will support the introduction and continuous improvement of drug delivery devices, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and in compliance with project requirements.
- You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, alignment of objectives and successful project outcomes.
- You will work closely with development, manufacturing and technical teams to support device implementation, lifecycle management and ongoing operational excellence.
What skills, qualifications and experiences you will hold as an Device Project Coordinator:
- You will hold a BSc or MSc in a relevant science or engineering discipline, with experience within the pharmaceutical combination product and/or medical device industry and an understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- You will have experience working within regulated environments and a strong understanding of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 4, the EU Medical Devices Regulation and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
- You will have experience in design controls for combination products, preferably relating to parenteral drug delivery systems, alongside expertise in device risk management.
- You will have knowledge of Human Factors Engineering and Usability Engineering principles, device assembly and manufacturing processes, and relevant standards including EN 62366, EN 60601 and EN 62304.
- You will have the ability to learn, apply and follow established procedures consistently, work independently with minimal supervision and maintain exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- You will have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, proficiency in standard computer applications, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
