Live Commerce Host Trainer Job Desk

Train and coach hosts on brand guidelines, platform rules, and live selling best practices.
Develop hosts’ skills in public speaking, body language, tone, pacing, and camera presence.
Train sales & pitching techniques, including CTA, objection handling, soft/hard selling, and creating urgency.
Improve audience engagement and retention through comment handling, interaction, and crowd management.
Train hosts on product knowledge, product presentation, and promotional techniques.
Ensure hosts can effectively use live commerce features such as product pinning, vouchers, giveaways, and flash deals.
Monitor live performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to improve GMV, conversion, and retention.

Job Specifications

Minimum 1 year experience as a live host, live seller, or live commerce trainer.
Proven experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of live selling, sales psychology, audience engagement, and CTA techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and leadership skills.
Proficient in live commerce tools and backend features.
Able to analyze metrics such as GMV, CTR, watch time, conversion, and retention.
High emotional intelligence, adaptable, patient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field is preferred.
