Job Description

Based full-time on-site at our premises in Roumieh, Lebanon, you will report directly to the Country Sales Manager and act as the vital link between our supply chain operations and the sales function. This role is essential for ensuring optimal stock availability, cost efficiency, and smooth coordination with our international suppliers. Your day-to-day impact will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end purchasing process, which includes supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts based on sales data, market trends, and business needs.
  • Preparing and calculating commercial offers related to the Lebanon market, ensuring they align with stock availability and cost structures.
  • Handling the registration processes for new products in Lebanon to ensure strict compliance with local regulations.
  • Monitoring inventory levels to minimize overstock or shortages, and tracking supplier performance to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Following up regularly with the sales team regarding stock levels and forecast alignment to empower them to meet market demands effectively.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
  • Previous experience in the agricultural field would give you a considerable advantage.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, coupled with excellent analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills to secure favourable terms with international suppliers and balance local market needs.
