At Nord Security’s B2B team, we build cybersecurity products that enable businesses to protect themselves and their data.We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Channel Partner Acquisition Manager to help expand the Nord Security business products partner ecosystem, with a primary focus on the US market.
Your main responsibility will be to identify, engage, qualify, and book meetings with potential channel partners, particularly Managed Service Providers (MSPs), for our Channel Sales Managers.
You will be the first point of contact for potential partners and play a key role in creating a strong pipeline of new channel opportunities.
Main ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential MSPs and other relevant channel partners in the US market.
Proactively engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone, networking, and other outbound channels.
Qualify potential partners by understanding their business model, customer base, cybersecurity offering, and growth opportunities.
Conduct initial discovery conversations and clearly communicate the value of partnering with Nord Security business products.
Book qualified demo meetings with Channel Sales Managers and ensure a smooth handover of relevant prospect information.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential channel partners.
Follow up consistently with prospects and develop relationships until the opportunity is ready for a Channel Sales Manager.
Track outreach, conversion, and meeting-booking metrics and continuously improve prospecting approaches.
Work closely with Channel Sales Managers, Marketing, and Sales Operations to improve partner acquisition processes.
Gather market and prospect feedback and share relevant insights with the team.
Represent Nord Security business products at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partner acquisition, SDR/BDR, or a similar role.
Experience with SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or technology products is a strong advantage.
Experience prospecting into the US market is a plus.
Understanding of MSPs, channel sales, or the technology partner ecosystem is an advantage.
Proven ability to generate qualified meetings and consistently achieve activity and meeting targets.
Strong prospecting, communication, and discovery skills.
Confident speaking with business owners, executives, and senior decision-makers.
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify potential mutual business opportunities.
Highly proactive, persistent, and results-driven.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of prospects.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
As the role primarily focuses on the US market, availability to work across US business hours is required:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (EET)
Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EET)
