Job Description

The Safety & Security Manager protects the organization’s people, physical property, intellectual assets, and brand reputation. This role is responsible for developing, deploying, and enforcing comprehensive risk management, physical security, and occupational health and safety (OHS) programs. The manager spearheads emergency response protocols, directs internal safety teams, and ensures total regulatory compliance across all business locations.

Qualifications

- A  Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Security Management, Hospitality or a related field with experience preferred in law enforcement  or fire protection.
- Three or more years of progressive Safety/ Security managerial in a luxury hotel/ resort.
- GADA UTAMA certified is a must.
- Strong knowledge of local and national regulations, and hotel safety standards.
- Proven experience in emergency response planning  and managing security operations
- Strong attention to detail with good time management and follow up.
- Good documentation skills in dealing with various levels of management. 
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate the security team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staffs, guests and emergency services.,
