Would you like to help make Bosch more resilient and better prepared for unexpected disruptions and crises?

As a BCMS Specialist, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and contribute to Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management (CM) activities in an international environment.

Working closely with our Business Continuity and Crisis Management experts, you will combine operational coordination with process improvement, digitalization and project-related responsibilities. This role is a great opportunity for someone who already has practical exposure to business continuity or crisis management and would like to further develop their expertise in a global organization.

Your tasks:

► Support the implementation, operation and continuous development of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and related BCM and Crisis Management processes

► Contribute to BCMS assessments and reviews, identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of resulting measures

► Coordinate international BCM and Crisis Management activities and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and countries

► Support the preparation, coordination and follow-up of crisis management exercises for Crisis Support Teams (CSTs) and Crisis Management Teams (CMTs)

► Contribute to BCM and Crisis Management communication, training and awareness activities

► Support operational activities related to disruptions, escalations and crisis situations when required

► Contribute to the optimization, standardization and digitalization of BCM and Crisis Management processes

► Support existing digital solutions and identify opportunities to make processes more efficient and user-friendly

► Coordinate smaller projects and cross-functional improvement initiatives related to BCMS

► Prepare documentation, reports, presentations and other materials to support effective decision-making and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

► Completed vocational training, university degree or comparable qualification – a specific field of study is not required; relevant practical experience is more important

► Hands-on experience with Business Continuity Management and/or Crisis Management, preferably at operational level

► Practical experience with topics such as business disruptions, escalations, crisis exercises, task forces or comparable situations

► Experience in an operational environment such as procurement, logistics, supply chain, IT, manufacturing, quality or a comparable area

► Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to independently manage multiple topics and stakeholders

► Structured, reliable and self-directed working style with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset

► Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate and present complex topics in a clear and understandable way

► Confident user of standard Microsoft 365 applications

► Strong collaboration and communication skills in an international and cross-functional environment

► Willingness to collaborate across different countries and time zones and to travel occasionally

► Very good English language skills, both written and spoken

What gives you further advantages:

► Experience coordinating projects or cross-functional activities

► Knowledge of Business Continuity Management Systems, crisis preparedness or organizational resilience

► Experience in process improvement and digitalization initiatives

► Knowledge of competence management or training and awareness activities

► Experience with low-code solutions or process automation tools

► German and/or Hungarian language skills
