Clinical Educator – Pediatric Home Care | Little Falls, NJ Salary: $95,000–$100,000 annually Schedule: Full-time, exempt | Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | Flexibility for occasional extended hours | Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and client assessments | On-call participation as needed Benefits: Weekly pay, PTO, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k) match BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a full-time Clinical Educator for our Passaic County Pediatrics (PCP) office in Little Falls, NJ. About the role
Clinical Educators at BAYADA play a critical role in supporting the development and readiness of our field staff. The primary responsibility of this position is planning, leading, and evaluating clinical simulation scenarios within our lab environment to strengthen caregiver confidence, clinical judgment, technical skills, and patient safety.
In this role, you will help translate clinical standards into practical, real-world learning experiences. You will create a supportive environment where nurses can practice skills, receive meaningful feedback, build independence, and prepare to care for pediatric clients with complex needs in the home.

What you’ll do-
Plan, coordinate, lead, and evaluate hands-on clinical simulation scenarios in the skills lab

Facilitate experiential learning activities that reflect real-world home care situations

Support new-hire orientation, clinical onboarding, competency validation, and ongoing field staff development

Observe clinical performance, identify learning needs, and provide timely coaching and feedback

Reinforce BAYADA standards, policies, clinical best practices, and patient safety expectations

Partner with Clinical Managers and office leadership to support caregiver readiness and quality outcomes

Assist with performance improvement plans and targeted education based on identified opportunities

Conduct clinical chart reviews and contribute to utilization review reporting

Maintain accurate documentation of training, competency, and educational activities

Help promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, compassion, and excellence

Conduct client assessments and complete the care-planning process, including development, implementation, and updates to each client’s individualized plan of care

Provide clinical and client case management

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey; multi-state or compact license preferred

Minimum of 2 years of staff development or nursing education experience
-
Experience supporting orientation, clinical onboarding, competency validation, or staff education

Experience with clinical chart review and performance improvement plans

Strong assessment, organizational, communication, and independent problem-solving skills
-
Ability to facilitate hands-on learning and provide meaningful coaching and feedback

Commitment to pediatric clients, families, field staff development, and safe care in the home setting

Experience in pediatric home care or complex pediatric nursing care
-
Experience leading or supporting a skills lab, clinical simulation, or competency-validation program
-
Experience with utilization review, quality reporting, or clinical documentation systems
-
BSN or other advanced nursing education

Experience with individualized care planning and clinical case management
