Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Work Schedule: 5 working days / 2 days off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department;
  • Monitor room status and ensure information is updated accurately and on time in the relevant system;
  • Coordinate daily work assignments and tasks for Housekeeping Attendants;
  • Monitor the timely completion of room cleaning and preparation;
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with the Front Office and other hotel departments;
  • Communicate guest requests, special requirements, and priorities to the relevant team members;
  • Assist in handling and resolving guest requests and Housekeeping-related issues promptly;
  • Assist with preparing daily reports and maintaining relevant departmental records;
  • Ensure compliance with the hotel's cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the hotel industry, preferably in Housekeeping;
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Responsible, attentive, and proactive approach to work;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs;
  • English – Intermediate level at least;
  • Azerbaijani – fluent;
  • Ability to work in shifts.
