About E2B

E2B is a fast-growing Series A startup with over $37M in funding and 8-figure revenue. We are building the Agent Cloud and power the infrastructure behind AI labs and some of the most widely used consumer and enterprise agents, including Manus, Genspark, Lindy, Groq, and Artificial Analysis. Our team includes original authors of Firecracker, the AWS microVM technology powering Lambda, along with alumni of Cognition, JetBrains, Zapier, and Wish.

Why this role, why now

E2B is the sandbox runtime behind Manus, Genspark, Lindy, Groq, Hugging Face, and a long list of AI labs and enterprise agent teams. We're a Series A company with over $37M raised, 8-figure revenue, and more than a billion sandboxes started. Almost all of that came from word of mouth. We have no content program, no real online presence, and a community that grew on its own while we built the product.

That's the opportunity. The developers using E2B already talk about it; nobody at the company has ever been responsible for making that visible and repeatable. You'll be the first. Founders aren't the public face of this company, so the people who own community and developer relations here own the voice, not a slice of it.

You'll join before our next funding round, with equity priced accordingly.

What you'll own

  • The event portfolio, from day one. Workshops, hackathons, technical dinners, meetups, conference presence. The events are currently run by the executive team so you will take it over in your first month and decide what stays, what goes, and what's new.

  • The ecosystem. Integrations and co-launches with agent frameworks, model providers, and infrastructure partners where E2B's users already are. Every integration is a launch with someone else's audience.

  • The community. Discord, GitHub, forums, and a creator/ambassador program that pays the users already writing and building about E2B to keep doing it publicly.

  • A budget. You propose it, you own it. We'll fund what works, and we're not shy about spending.

  • The function. You're the first person in it and we expect you to grow it as E2B grows.

What's already in place

Growth engineering builds the instrumentation and attribution, so you'll be able to see how your programs do. A customer base that includes the companies most developers in this space want to learn from.

First 90 days

Take over events and cut or reshape anything that isn't earning its place. Ship two or three framework or model-provider integrations with joint announcements. Stand up the ambassador program with the first ten people. Give us a point of view on where E2B's community actually lives and what it wants from us.

How we'll judge year one

Reach and ecosystem first: integrations shipped and launched with partners, share of voice in the agent-infrastructure community, growth in community-sourced signups. Pipeline second: we'll wire community and event activity to accounts, but we're hiring you to make E2B known, not to run field marketing for sales.

Who you are

  • You've built or grown a technical community and can point to it.

  • You've run events with real budgets and know which ones were worth it and why.

  • You're credible with developers building AI agents. You don't need to be an engineer, but you understand what a sandbox is for and can talk to people who build with one without a script.

  • You know the AI-agent ecosystem: the frameworks, the model providers, the people. Existing relationships are a strong plus.

  • You've been the number two on a community or DevRel team and want to be the one deciding.

  • You write and speak well in public, because you'll be doing both.
