About the Role We're building the operational backbone of our Food & Beverage work across multiple locations. In this role, you'll create structure, improve how we work, and coordinate our daily operations. You'll oversee staffing and hiring, keep our systems running smoothly, organize our information, manage projects, and ensure everyone's communicating. We're looking for someone who's organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about hospitality, good food, and doing things well.
