About the job

As a Trust and Safety Analyst focused on developer experience programs and ecosystem success, you will play a pivotal role in enabling developers to build, publish, and scale safe applications across the broader ecosystem. You will act as the subject matter expert and specialist for Android developer verification and ecosystem programs such as registered app stores. You will act as a crucial bridge between policy developer success and program execution, identifying friction points, refining standard operating procedures, and ensuring high standards for safety while maintaining a positive developer experience.

We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking. A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Drive customer-facing initiatives for program operations.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ecosystem programs requirements and procedures.
  • Handle escalations and complex cases from developers and cross-functional teams.
  • Support an AI-first operation by providing critical human judgment and expertise.
  • Manage operations in coordination with support teams.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Education in, or experience with, machine learning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal), and experience with cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
