Job Description
  • Track progress of new development projects.
  • Receive and manage incoming lab samples.
  • Review COA parameters and technical documents.
  • Support formula development activities.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timeline and quality compliance.
  • Other tasks assigned by Reporting Line
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Biotechnology.
  • 2 years of experience as an R&D Engineer in coffee, beverage, or FMCG food industry.
  • Practical experience in product development, formula optimization, and factory trials.
  • Experience in instant coffee, powder products, or packaged foods is preferred.
Additional Information
  • A good command of English is a plus (written and spoken)
  • Office: This is a Sucafina office role based in Vietnam. Regular office attendance expected.

Key results expected

  • New product development projects delivered on time and according to agreed specifications.
  • Accurate management of samples, formulas, and technical documentation.
  • Successful completion of product trials with smooth scale-up from lab to production.
  • COAs and product specifications reviewed and maintained in compliance with quality standards.
  • Effective coordination with other departments to support product launches.
  • Consistent quality, solubility, flavor, and shelf-life performance of developed products.
