About Fundraise UpWe're Fundraise Up – a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. Many of the world's leading nonprofits trust our platform, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer's Association and a wide range of global NGOs, and we hold a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms. We serve enterprise nonprofits across North America, the UK, Australia and Europe with a distributed team of 160+ product professionals. Our mission is to unlock the world's generosity potential by optimising how people give.
About the RoleA charity walk only works when every participant becomes a fundraiser. You'll build the product that makes that happen.
Peer-to-Peer is a new Fundraise Up product line that turns supporters into fundraisers. It has two connected directions. P2P DIY covers self-serve campaigns such as birthdays, memorials and personal challenges. P2P Events covers structured, time-bound programmes such as walks, runs, rides, climbs, workplace challenges and recurring series.
You'll own P2P Events. That means extending the DIY foundation with registration, teams and captains, event operations, participant communication, attribution, reporting and integrations. You'll work closely with the PM for the broader P2P area, so the two directions evolve as one coherent product. It is a hands-on software product role that runs from discovery to launch and iteration. It is not an event-planning or project-coordination role.
Key Responsibilities- Set the product thesis. Turn customer research, market evidence and business context into a sequenced roadmap. Pick a focused target segment and event scenario instead of trying to serve the whole category at once.
- Make explicit platform decisions. Decide which capabilities belong in the shared P2P foundation and which need an Events-specific model. Keep assumptions, success metrics, scope, risks and decisions visible.
- Lead discovery at the source. Work directly with nonprofit event teams, participants, design partners and internal GTM teams. Validate through interviews, workflow mapping, prototypes and live usage.
- Separate signal from noise. Tell real adoption blockers apart from feature requests and expectations set by incumbent products. Shape problems such as registration, teams and captains, attribution, event operations, participant communication and CRM integrations.
- Own delivery end to end. Write clear requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases and decision records. Make day-to-day trade-offs with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research and QA, and surface risks and dependencies early.
- Build for what comes next without overbuilding now. Design the first release so it can grow from simple events to advanced team structures, event series and operational workflows.
- Launch through early access programmes (EAPs). Set clear entry criteria, success measures, readiness requirements and out-of-scope areas. Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, CSM and Support on positioning, commitments, enablement and competitive context.
- Drive outcomes, not output. Track whether organisations run events successfully and whether participants activate, fundraise and come back. Tie the evidence to adoption, expansion, pipeline, retention and GPV, then make a clear call: iterate, expand, change direction or stop.
- Work AI-native. At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to use AI actively in their day-to-day work, spot where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. Here that means research synthesis, prototyping, better specifications, data exploration and automation, without handing product judgement to the tools.
- 4–7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in a software product company
- End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area, working with Engineering and Design
- Strong judgement in cutting a large problem space down to a focused release, and explaining the trade-offs
- Experience turning customer evidence and product data into decisions
- Clear written communication across requirements, edge cases, metrics and decision records
- Comfort with multi-actor workflows, permissions, states and data relationships
- High ownership and independence, with fluent written and spoken English
Nice to Have
- B2B SaaS, fundraising, payments, registration, events, community or other multi-sided products
- Launching a new product area through beta or EAP
- CRM integrations, reporting, transaction attribution, analytics or SQL
- Want to help decide what gets built, not receive a finished roadmap
- Are as at home in specs, QA and post-launch iteration as you are in strategy
- Treat customer requests as evidence, not commitments
- Keep moving when scope is uncertain and the answer isn't obvious yet
- Like a flat structure where the best argument wins, not the loudest title
- Would rather put a testable prototype in front of users than debate it for a week
- Measure yourself by customer and business outcomes, not features shipped
- Want to own what you build, for the long term
- The compensation range for this role is $4,600 - $5,000 gross.
- Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
- 31 days off
- 100% paid telemedicine plan
- Home Office Setup Assistance: the company offers assistance with purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace.
- English learning courses
- Relevant professional education
- Gym or swimming pool
- Co-working
- Remote working
