We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant with deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 technology stack, including Intune, desktop, and device management. This role bridges the gap between technology and business, providing strategic guidance, technical leadership, and hands-on delivery for enterprise-scale clients. The role will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, bringing a blend of strong technical capability and business insight to drive transformational outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver consulting engagements focused on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and other AI-powered business solutions.
  • Work with customers to understand business challenges, identify high-value AI and automation use cases, and translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement generative AI, Copilot, agent-based, low-code, and business application solutions using Microsoft technologies.
  • Develop business applications and workflow automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Power Platform capabilities.
  • Support the design and implementation of AI agents and copilots using Copilot Studio and related Microsoft AI technologies.
  • Apply generative AI and AI-assisted development tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot, to improve business processes and development productivity.
  • Facilitate customer workshops, discovery sessions, prototyping activities, and solution demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and Microsoft account teams to shape and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Contribute to project delivery from requirements and solution design through implementation, adoption, and business outcome realization.
  • Support customers in applying security, governance, Responsible AI, and data protection principles when adopting AI and Copilot solutions.


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution delivery, business applications, or related roles.
  • Experience working with generative AI technologies and AI-powered business solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar technologies.
  • Experience designing, developing, or implementing business applications and automation solutions using Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Experience identifying business requirements and translating them into technical solutions, prototypes, or implementation plans.
  • Familiarity with AI agents, prompt engineering, orchestration, and the application of generative AI to enterprise business scenarios.
  • Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools in software development, application development, scripting, or solution implementation.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its integration with AI, automation, and business application solutions.
  • Understanding of enterprise security, identity, data governance, Responsible AI, and compliance considerations for AI solutions.
  • Experience working directly with customers through workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, demonstrations, and delivery.
  • Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to connect technology capabilities with customer business challenges and measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience developing solutions with Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, or related Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience building or implementing AI agents, copilots, or generative AI applications.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure AI, APIs, or enterprise data sources.
  • Programming or scripting experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Power Fx.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure AI, or related technologies.

This role is designed to support government customers operating in a regulated environment. As a result, the position is subject to government procurement contracts and/or applicable legal requirements.
