Job Description
  • Lead and mentor QA Engineers, ensuring adherence to quality standards, testing best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance processes across multiple applications and releases.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Operations teams to ensure requirements are testable and meet business expectations.
  • Drive test automation adoption, improve regression coverage, and optimize testing efficiency through modern QA tools and frameworks.
  • Oversee functional, integration, performance, security, and user acceptance testing activities to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Monitor and report key quality metrics such as defect leakage, test coverage, automation coverage, release readiness, and production stability.
  • Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality governance activities to reduce recurring issues and improve overall product reliability.
  • Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, risk assessments, and release management activities while ensuring compliance with Eurofins quality standards.
