Original job description
Company DescriptionWith more than 3000 employees Deloitte is the largest audit and consultancy firm in Denmark. We tailor solutions across Audit, Tax, Financial Advisory Services, Enterprise Risk Services, and Consulting.
About the team
Join our Transfer Pricing team of more than 45 colleagues in Copenhagen and Aarhus. We help international and Danish businesses turn complex tax, finance and operating-model questions into practical solutions. You will build your expertise through real client work, structured learning and close collaboration and help clients navigate tax and transfer pricing challenges.
Job DescriptionYou will work on a wide range of transfer pricing projects across various sectors. Together with your colleagues, you will help clients manage operational transfer pricing matters, audits and compliance, and provide both global and local advice. You can expect a steep learning curve, and responsibilities that grow with your experience - supported by structured onboarding, regular feedback and close collaboration with experienced colleagues. Alongside your client work, you will have opportunities to attend training in Denmark and at Deloitte University in Paris, strengthening both your technical expertise and client-facing skills.
Ready to take the next step in your career? In this role, you will be involved in:
- Collect and analyse financial and business data for transfer pricing projects across sectors.
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking analyses and intercompany agreements.
- Support audits, international tax requirements and country-by-country reporting.
- Turn your analysis into clear client advice, join client meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
- Contribute ideas to proposals, AI-enabled tools and practical improvements to how we work.
We work in a dynamic, international environment with an informal tone, where quality, collaboration and different perspectives are central to how we create value for clients and for each other.
AI-enabled and digital tools are a natural part of how we work. You will learn to use them responsibly to explore data, support research and benchmarking, improve workflows and strengthen deliverables. No prior AI expertise is required - curiosity, sound judgement and a willingness to learn matter most.
We value the community that extends beyond client work. Our employee association brings people together throughout the year - from social events to shared experiences that cut across teams and business units. We celebrate the wins, big and small, and make a point of recognising individual and shared milestones
The role is full-time, and we are looking for professionals for our offices in both Copenhagen and Aarhus, Denmark.
QualificationsWe are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
We imagine that you are curious, ambitious and motivated by complex challenges. You take ownership of your responsibilities, collaborate openly with colleagues and clients, and contribute to bringing projects to a successful conclusion.
What you bring to the team:
- A relevant academic background, such as law, economics, finance, accounting or business.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience; internships and student roles are also valuable.
- Analytical, conceptual-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity about technology and judgement when using AI-enabled tools.
- Clear communication and an interest in turning complexity into practical advice.
- Good energy and a strong client service instinct
Even if you do not see yourself in all the bullets above, we still encourage you to apply if you believe your skills can make an impact on our team.
