Job Description
  • Independently plan, manage and execute talent collaborations for our partner brands
  • Proactively scout talents, conduct outreach and lead negotiations with talents and their management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with talents, agencies and management teams
  • Identify and evaluate relevant social media trends, emerging talents and new collaboration opportunities
  • Own the end-to-end project management of collaborations, from concept development and execution to performance measurement, deriving actionable recommendations based on results
  • Work closely with internal teams across functions as well as external stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Degree in Fashion, PR, Marketing, Communications or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Talent or Influencer Marketing
  • Proven experience independently planning and executing talent and influencer collaborations
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, relevant platforms and emerging talents
  • Experience communicating and negotiating with talents, agencies and management teams
  • Structured, solution-oriented and creative approach with strong project management skills, a high degree of ownership and a hands-on mentality – also when managing multiple campaigns in parallel
  • Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
