Company: “VLand Systems” LLC (former “STP Metal Structures” LLC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the reports required by state authorities are prepared and submitted accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Ensure that all business transactions carried out by the Company are properly recorded in the accounting accounts (as well as in the accounting registers);
  • Ensure that accounting (financial) statements are prepared and submitted within the established deadlines;
  • Ensure that primary accounting documents are prepared and formalized in accordance with applicable legislation;
  • Ensure that inventories of cash, goods and material assets, and fixed assets are conducted;
  • Monitor the proper duplication, preparation, and submission of accounting documents to the archive in accordance with the established procedures;
  • Perform tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field;
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience;
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred;
  • Knowledge of the Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and other office software and equipment, with hands-on experience in financial ERP systems, particularly 1C;
  • PMS (Professional Accountant Certificate) is required/preferred;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

  • 5-day work schedule;
  • Location: Sumgayit city;
  • Lunch and transportation are provided by the company;
