Your Leadership in Action
The Executive Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the Cardiology Service Line across the health system. This role partners with the Medical Director and key leaders to drive growth, quality, patient experience, and financial performance across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service line strategy, growth, and provider workforce planning.
- Partner with physician and operational leaders to achieve quality, experience, engagement, and financial goals.
- Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, efficient staffing, and continuous improvement.
- Advance integrated, patient-centered care across the continuum.
- Foster key partnerships, support provider recruitment, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
What’s Required
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
- Cardiology experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of practice operations, revenue cycle, and financial management
- Proven success leading teams and driving change in complex healthcare environments
- Experience with strategic planning, operational improvement, and technology optimization
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with physicians and key stakeholders
