Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and hiring processes for both mass and individual vacancies; 
  • Establish effective communication with managers regarding employee selection, onboarding (adaptation), and retention; 
  • Conduct interviews, including competency-based interviews, and carry out candidate evaluation processes; 
  • Organize HR documentation and monitor document flow; 
  • Prepare and regularly update the staffing table and job descriptions; 
  • Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction, analyze team dynamics, and provide improvement recommendations; 
  • Participate in organizing corporate events and internal engagement activities. 

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferred fields: Human Resources Management, Management, or Psychology); 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; 
  • Knowledge and practical experience in HR documentation; 
  • Strong communication skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; 
  • Ability to work in a team and maintain corporate culture; 
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani and Russian — fluent; English or other languages are an advantage..

  • Recruitment: Proven ability to independently manage hiring processes and conduct interviews for roles at various levels; 
  • Motivation: Ability to design and implement systems that enhance employee motivation and engagement; 
  • Workforce Planning (Staffing Table): Competence in developing and updating staffing structures aligned with company needs; 
  • Job Description Development: Experience in preparing clear, structured, and detailed job descriptions; 
  • Onboarding & Adaptation: Ability to organize onboarding processes, training, and integration of new employees into the team; 
  • HR Strategy: Capability to develop and implement long-term human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals.
