As a Human Resources Advisor at Ubisoft Saguenay, you will be the main point of contact for employees and managers in a shared services model. In a dynamic environment with a high volume of requests, you will provide first-line support, practical guidance and tailored solutions across a wide range of human resources questions and processes. You will help deliver a consistent, efficient employee experience focused on service excellence, while supporting managers in their responsibilities for talent and team management.

What you’ll do:

  • Answer employee and manager questions about human resources policies, programs and processes;

  • Advise managers on employment laws, employment standards and team management;

  • Guide managers on performance management, salary recommendations and employee development;

  • Help managers address performance and workplace conduct concerns;

  • Maintain employee records and check documents for accuracy and compliance;

  • Support absence, disability and accommodation cases with relevant partners;

  • Present human resources services and programs to new employees and managers in French and English;

  • Work with other teams to improve human resources tools, processes and initiatives;

  • Help meet legal obligations and maintain good human resources practices.

Qualifications
