Job Description
  • Assist the Markets team in coordinating, executing and documenting end-to-end test orders (e.g., checkout, delivery, payment, returns) across AY markets
  • Test new features, payment methods and logistics setups to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience across markets. 
  • Identify, report, and track edge cases and bugs in close collaboration with project managers
  • Expand our international network of test users, including recruitment, onboarding, and coordination
  • Gain hands-on experience in international fashion e-commerce, quality assurance and cross-functional project work and enjoy flexible working hours tailored to your university schedule (20 hrs/week)
Qualifications
  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Project Management, Business Information Systems or a related field, with at least 12 months of studies remaining
  • Excellent English skills, additional European languages are a strong plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for spotting process gaps and identifying patterns
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach: you quickly spot technical irregularities and communicate them clearly
  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for connecting with international testers
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with a independent, reliable and self-driven working style
