More than one million people in the United States today are fighting blood cancer. While a traditional allogeneic stem cell transplant has been the best hope for many, the transplant itself can prove fatal or lead to serious conditions, such as graft vs. host disease. Orca Bio is a commercial-stage biotechnology company redefining the transplant process by developing next-generation cell therapies with the goal of providing significantly better survival rates with dramatically fewer risks. With our purified, high-precision cell therapies we hope to not only replace patients' blood and immune systems with healthy ones, but also restore their lives.

Position Summary: The Coordinator, Commercial Marketing & MLR (Medical/Legal/Regulatory) is a dynamic, dual-function role responsible for driving day-to-day marketing projects while helping to ensure both promotional and non-promotional content is accurate, compliant, and ready to be published. Sitting 60% within Commercial Marketing and 40% within MLR Operations, this individual will manage end-to-end conference logistics, oversee campaign workflows, and coordinate vendor operations. Concurrently, they will serve as the operational backbone for the Regulatory Review Leader by coordinating the promotional (PRC) and medical (MRC) review committee process in Veeva Vault PromoMats. They will ensure that all administrative and program management support operates effectively and in full compliance with Company policies and external regulations.

 

Travel & Location: ~5% to support key conferences, as needed. Preference will be given to candidates located near an Orca Bio office, particularly our Menlo Park, CA headquarters.
