Radisson Baku Hotel is looking for an experienced and motivated Corporate Sales Executive / Corporate Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team.

The final position level will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and professional background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners;
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and corporate accounts;
  • Manage and grow the hotel’s corporate client portfolio;
  • Conduct sales calls, client visits, meetings and presentations;
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and contracts;
  • Negotiate rates and commercial terms within the hotel’s guidelines;
  • Achieve individual and departmental sales targets;
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities;
  • Ensure excellent communication and follow-up with clients;
  • Work closely with Reservations, Front Office, F&B and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery;
  • Maintain accurate records of client activities and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hotel Corporate Sales;
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
  • Good knowledge of the local corporate market;
  • Results-oriented and proactive approach;
  • Good command of English, Azerbaijani and Russian;
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
