As an Account Executive, you will drive new business growth within the private sector by building pipeline, developing strategic relationships, and closing net-new opportunities. Using a consultative, data-driven approach, you will manage the full sales cycle for a defined portfolio of accounts, helping organizations understand how Lightcast's workforce analytics can address their challenges and deliver value.
