Your Role

As a People & Organizational Change Analyst, you will become a key part of our transformation process within the People/HR arm. We are looking for an analytical profile, not to perform transactional HR tasks but to lead organizational development and talent management with a project-oriented mindset.

  • Conduct talent census for the organization, creating a master base of roles/people.

  • Update and maintain Job Descriptions.

  • Define 5 critical technical competencies per role for hard skills evaluation.

  • Determine 5 critical behavioral competencies for soft skills evaluation.

  • Perform AS-IS vs. TO-BE gap analysis.

  • Consolidate hard and soft skills results into a comprehensive 360° assessment.

  • Create development plans to close identified gaps.

  • Develop an executive progress dashboard to track work plans.

Who You Are

  • Degree in Organizational Psychology, Administration, HR, Pedagogy, Industrial Relations, or related fields.

  • 2–4 years in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Transformation, or Change Management.

  • High competency in Job Analysis and Job Descriptions.

  • Proficient understanding of competency models.

  • Strong knowledge of assessing hard vs. soft skills.

  • Expertise in creating and utilizing Skill Matrices.

  • Medium to high experience with talent assessments.

  • Medium to high experience in designing Individual Development Plans.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Understanding of Change Management processes.

  • Familiarity with the ADKAR framework (desirable).

  • Bonus Experience: Familiarity with 360° evaluations, Talent Reviews, career path frameworks, and organizational transformation.
