Original job description

The primary focus of this role is to manage the end-to-end production of video content for Meta across different products in Mexico and Colombia, working with UGC creators, AI video providers, and external contractors to deliver on time and to company quality standards.

This role is a mix of project management and content production. You will juggle many tasks at once, meet tight deadlines, and communicate daily with a large number of people, both internal teams and external vendors. You will also handle the administrative side of each collaboration (contracts, invoices, payments), and over time you will grow into contributing creative ideas, not only executing.

Challenges that await you:

  • Act as the main contact for UGC stakeholders, delivering videos on time and in line with company quality standards.
  • Source new creators and manage video production with them.
  • Coordinate video production with external contractors
  • Independently review the quality of content produced by editors, providing detailed feedback to maintain consistency and high standards.
  • Collaborate with the internal post-production design team on video reviews and deadline control.
  • Manage contracts, invoice payments, and any complaints with UGC creators and external contractors.
  • Oversee card delivery, the full process including last mile.
  • Keep the internal CRM updated across the full production cycle to track and log every step.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the content delivery process and propose innovative solutions to spend less, move faster, and remove blockers.
  • Contribute to the creative side: concept development, scriptwriting, trend watching, and brainstorming.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Previous experience as a project manager is strongly preferred.
  • Degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • Punctual, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with no fear of multitasking.
  • Independent and proactive, without needing someone to tell you what to do next.
  • Strong communication skills for working with many stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Knowledge of social media and performance marketing in general.
  • Comfortable with the administrative side of the work: contracts, invoices, payments, and follow-ups.
  • Intermediate English (preferred).
  • Company processes are taught on the job, so your past experience does not need to be identical.

Our ways of working:

  • Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions.
  • Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication.
  • Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community.
  • Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together.
  • High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who dare to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances.
