Role Description
Gridware is seeking Field Operations Technicians to support a large-scale deployment program across various regions. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting the installation of Gridware’s advanced sensing systems on utility infrastructure while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, thrives in dynamic field environments, communicates effectively with contractors and utility personnel, and is comfortable taking ownership of field operations in remote locations.
Location & Schedule
Deployment Areas
- Houston, TX (rental vehicle is provided)
Training
- Training begins end of October (subject to change)
- Richmond, CA
- All travel, lodging, and meals provided during training
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8-10 hour shifts
- Rotational schedules available to ensure adequate rest and recovery
- Part-Time W-2 Seasonal Position
Compensation
- $30/hour regular pay
- $45/hour overtime pay
- Overtime eligible after 40 hours per week
Project Duration
- Expected through New Years
