Original job description
FöretagsbeskrivningDevoteam is an AI-driven tech consulting firm specialised in cloud platforms, cyber, data, and sustainability.
Tech native for more than 30 years, Devoteam guides businesses through sustainable digital transformation to deliver value.
With over 11,000 tech architects in more than 25 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Devoteam is committed to using technology to serve people.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build our tech and advisory teams across the Nordics. Based in Stockholm, you will focus on Sweden while also working with colleagues and hiring teams in Norway, Denmark and Finland.
For us, recruitment, sales and marketing start with the same thing: building relationships. In every conversation, you represent Devoteam, our people and our culture. You help others understand what we do, how we work and why they might want to be part of it.
Your role;
You will own the recruitment process from start to finish, working closely with hiring managers and business unit leaders. Together, you will plan the skills we need now and in the future. You will bring insight into the candidate market and guide each hire from the first conversation through to an offer and a smooth handover to the local onboarding team.
What you will work on:
You will turn business plans in areas such as cloud, AI and cybersecurity into clear hiring priorities. Through regular conversations with managers, you will help set realistic expectations around salaries, timelines and the skills available in the market.
Day to day, you will shape role profiles, screen candidates and run structured, competency-based interviews and assessments. You will also handle salary negotiations and employment offers. Throughout the process, candidates should know where they stand and receive timely, personal feedback.
You will spend time in the tech community, attending meetups, startup gatherings, career fairs and industry events to meet potential colleagues. Finding talent the old-school way matters here: showing up, starting a conversation, asking for introductions and following up. You will build relationships before there is an open role or someone is ready to move.
Alongside that, you will use LinkedIn Recruiter to find and connect with people. You will write job ads and work with our Nordic marketing team on recruitment campaigns that give an honest picture of our work and culture. You will stay close to sales and delivery colleagues, sharing relevant introductions and helping people find the right conversation within Devoteam.
You will administer SmartRecruiters, keeping candidate information and recruitment progress accurate, up to date and handled in line with GDPR. You will track recruitment timelines and the candidate experience, including candidate NPS, and use what you learn to improve and align how we recruit across the Nordics.
KvalifikationerYou have 3–5 years of experience or more managing the full recruitment process for tech roles, ideally within IT or consulting. You have hands-on experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and know how to start a conversation with someone who could be right for a role.
You are as comfortable representing Devoteam in a sales meeting as you are speaking with a potential hire. You listen, ask good questions and can explain both our work and our culture in a clear, personal way. You may already have a strong network in tech or the startup community, or you are willing to put in the time to build one. You enjoy meeting people in person and keeping those relationships going.
You understand the tech sector, including cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, as well as AI and cybersecurity. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience with SmartRecruiters or a similar recruitment system is useful, as is recruiting across borders or working with psychometric assessments such as Assessio’s MAP and Matrigma. You do not need experience with all these tools to apply.
Ytterligare informationYou will join an international team with colleagues across the Nordics. We offer short decision paths and room to take ownership, share ideas and shape how we recruit. Your work will help us build the teams we need as the business grows.
We would like to hear from you.
Send your CV and a cover letter telling us why the role interests you. We review applications and meet candidates on an ongoing basis.
