Before applying, please confirm that you are authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.   Lightcast is seeking an early-career UX/UI Designer to support the design and improvement of our digital experiences, primarily our corporate website. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting a career in UX/UI, or digital design. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced professionals across marketing, product, engineering, and content to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible online experiences.   You do not need to meet every qualification listed below to be considered. We welcome applications from recent graduates, career starters, interns, and candidates whose experience comes from coursework, student projects, freelance work, volunteer projects, or personal design work. In this role, you will receive guidance and mentorship while developing your skills in user experience, visual design, responsive web design, design systems, accessibility, and digital content management.
