Hotel Rezydent Sopot – MGallery Collection is a distinctive boutique hotel located in the very heart of Sopot. Just a 2-minute walk from the railway station and only a few minutes from the famous Sopot Pier, the hotel combines an exceptional location with elegance and a unique personality.

The hotel is part of Accor, a leading international hospitality group, and belongs to MGallery Collection – a rapidly growing global collection of exceptional luxury boutique hotels. Each hotel within the MGallery Collection owes its distinctive character and reputation to one of three defining elements: an extraordinary location, a rich history, or outstanding design.

We are currently seeking a General Manager who will lead Hotel Rezydent Sopot with passion, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset, unlocking its full business potential while creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Job Description
  • Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the hotel, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and commercial success.
  • Maximise the hotel's business potential by identifying new market opportunities, driving revenue growth, and effectively managing seasonality.
  • Create exceptional guest experiences that reflect the standards and distinctive character of MGallery Collection.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop the team, fostering engagement, talent development, and a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure effective financial management through budget delivery, cost optimisation, and sustainable profitability.
  • Strengthen the hotel's position in the local market by building strong relationships with business partners and the local community.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in hotel management or another senior leadership role, ideally within the premium, luxury, or boutique hospitality segment.
  • Hands-on experience managing a hotel or hospitality business in a highly seasonal market.
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with a solid understanding of revenue management, sales, and marketing.
  • Creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to develop innovative strategies to attract guests and drive demand during low-season periods.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with a focus on profitability and sustainable business performance.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proven ability to inspire, engage, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both Polish and English.
  • A deep appreciation of the distinctive character of boutique hotels, with the ability to leverage a property's heritage, personality, and location to create a compelling competitive advantage.
