Job DescriptionJoin SGS as a Regional Network & Firewall Manager and play a key role in securing and evolving network infrastructure across the EEME region. You will work with regional and global IT teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable connectivity services supporting business operations across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, VPN, and next-generation firewalls.
- Lead network security initiatives aligned with global cybersecurity standards and Zero Trust principles.
- Design, implement, and support network solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments (primarily Azure).
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical leadership for complex networking and firewall environments.
- Support regional infrastructure projects, cloud transformation programs, and business-critical deployments.
- Collaborate with country IT teams, vendors, and global stakeholders to improve performance, resilience, and security.
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering, network security, or infrastructure operations.
- Strong expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Juniper, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of cloud networking and security in Microsoft Azure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- CCNP or equivalent certifications.
- Experience with SD-WAN, Zero Trust, UC/VoIP solutions, and cloud transformation projects.
