Supervisor – Novikov Port Baku Restaurant

Location: Novikov Port Baku Restaurant, Port Baku Walk

Salary: Based on interview

Requirements:

  • Age: 26–40
  • At least 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a similar position
  • Fluent in Russian and English
  • Good understanding of premium restaurant and high-level service standards
  • Ability to coordinate and supervise a team
  • Strong communication and customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to make quick decisions and effectively resolve problems
  • Professional appearance and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant floor
  • Supervise waiters and ensure proper task distribution
  • Welcome guests and ensure a high level of service
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any service-related issues
  • Assist in managing reservations and guest flow
  • Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and other departments
  • Supervise the service process for VIP guests
  • Ensure compliance with restaurant service standards and internal procedures
  • Monitor employees’ performance during shifts and report relevant issues to management
