You will help ensure the Teikametrics platform is working as intended, investigate issues, surface insights from operational data, and identify opportunities to improve the product experience.This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys digging into problems, working with data, and connecting the dots between what our customers experience and what our product teams build.
