ABOUT SERVI SAL
Servi SAL is building Lebanon's first trust-based marketplace for home and family services — connecting households with vetted, reliable freelance professionals. We are at the founding stage, and the person joining now will have a direct role in how the company is built and how it runs

Job Description

● Data cleanup & structure: cleaning, deduplicating, and organizing freelancer and client data across Servi’s verticals

● Onboarding automation: building scripts and workflows that speed up how freelancers sign up, get vetted, and go live

● Internal tools: building small AI-assisted tools that cut manual work for the team

● Reporting: turning raw data into clear views of supply, sign-ups, and activation

● Direct founder exposure: working alongside the co-founders to build the systems that keep Servi running

Qualifications

● A builder: you’ve built something with code or AI tools and can show it. MIS, CS, Computer Engineering, or any background welcome

● Curious with a learn by doing mindset: eager to experiment and grow

● Comfortable with data: at ease in spreadsheets and databases, and notices when numbers don’t add up

● Detail oriented and open to feedback: balances precision with adaptability

Additional Information

Technical skills that are a plus

● AI coding tools: Claude, VS Code, and GitHub

● Data & automation: Python, SQL, Airtable, or Zite
