Job Announcement Details

  • Location: Chinar Business Park, Building 1, Block B, Floor 5, Office 507, Baku, Azerbaijan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and execute paid advertising campaigns across key platforms (Meta Ads Manager [Facebook/Instagram], Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok).
  • Structure targeted lead-generation funnels specifically designed for real estate buyers, high-net-worth investors, and commercial clients.
  • Continuously monitor ad spend, conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments, and optimize campaigns for lower CPL (cost per lead) and high ROI.
  • Coordinate closely with the 3D designer and sales team to develop high-converting visual assets, landing pages, and ad copy.
  • Track key performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards, and translate data into actionable marketing recommendations.
