Job Description
  • Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with seamless end-to-end employee lifecycle touchpoints and ensure positive experience
  • Engagement & Event Facilitation: Co-design, plan, and facilitate creative employee engagement events, workplace culture activations, and experience-driven initiatives.
  • Staff Benefits Support: Assist with researching, reviewing, and coordinating negotiations with external vendors for staff benefits, perks, and wellness programs.
  • People Engagement Coordination: Oversee the administration and execution of people engagement activities.

  • Other ad-hoc task assigned

Qualifications

  • Able to work for 2 weekdays per week (9:30am - 6:30pm)

  • Prior experience in people experience, employee engagement, or vendor management is preferred.

  • Current undergraduates are welcome

  • Self-motivated, possess the ability to take initiative with a ‘can-do’ attitude

  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, both spoken and written

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst retaining a strong eye for detail

  • Fluent in Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google form and other visual designs software with creativity
