The role encompasses operational management across payments, client accounts, correspondent banking, and card programme operations, alongside the regulatory accountability and deputisation responsibilities of the Senior Official II designation under the BTCRA. The COO works in close coordination with the Chief Executive Officer and senior officers to ensure all operational activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and Board-approved policies.
