Job Description

What you'll bring

You are early in your career, a recent graduate with up to two years of work experience with a strong data mindset and a genuine interest in how information drives decisions. You work in a structured, detail-oriented way and are ready to own your work from day one.

  • Foundational knowledge of data modelling, database management, and data visualisation
  • Ability to apply AI tools and automation to improve workflow efficiency and output quality
  • Familiarity with data enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, or Apollo is a plus
  • Exposure to B2B or demand generation environments is a plus

We also look for people who build trust naturally, communicate with clarity, keep the customer at the centre of what they do, and bring emotional intelligence and genuine problem-solving ability to the challenges they face.

In addition to the skills and experience specific to this role, all positions at SAP require candidates who are comfortable using AI tools — including agentic AI — in their day-to-day work, from crafting effective inputs and automating routine tasks, to evaluating AI-generated outputs for quality and driving adoption of AI practices within their teams.

What you'll build

You will own a defined scope of data research, profiling, and enrichment — contributing directly to campaign outcomes.

  • Profile accounts and contacts using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and corporate websites
  • Research and gather company and contact information — industry, size, location, and job titles
  • Enrich and maintain accurate, structured data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring quality, consistency, and correct formatting
  • Support account segmentation and prioritisation based on campaign needs and propensity criteria
  • Collaborate with Campaign, Sales Development, and Data Governance teams to align data with business objectives
  • Identify ways to improve data processes, profiling methodologies, and automation initiatives

Where you belong

You will join the Digital Demand team, a group focused on demand generation and expanding SAP's reach across industries through high-quality data research and enrichment. SAP operates across 180+ countries and every major industry. The culture is inclusive and built for people who want to keep developing. This is a fixed-term contract of six months to two years, based in Bogotá, Colombia.

We value the skills you bring and support you to build on them through our learning and development opportunities. These are the skills associated with this role: Data Governance, Data Modeling, Database Management, Data Visualization, AI Data Analytics.
