Job Description

As a Junior Project Coordinator - Talent Management & Analytics Intern, you will report to our Regional Finance Director and work closely with global Talent Management teams to support the development, standardisation, and continuous improvement of key Talent Management frameworks across the Eurofins network.

The position is based in the corporate office in Brussels, Belgium.

This 6-month end-of-studies internship offers a unique opportunity to develop analytics for Talent Management, HR, Project Coordinator, and Organisational Development within an international environment.

This internship is compensated. To apply, you must provide either an internship agreement.

Start date: Flexible, between October 2026 and February 2027.

Duration: 6 months.

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Position & objectives:  

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine Talent Management, HR Analytics, Project Coordination, and Organisational Development within an international environment.

You will work closely with leaders across Finance, HR, and Operations and contribute to strategic initiatives that support employee development, succession planning, talent identification, and organisational effectiveness.

The responsibilities you would own and the projects you would be involved in are the following:

Performance Management: Support the development of standard performance objectives by job type, aligned with business objectives and relevant KPIs. Help define SMART goals and achievement thresholds, and contribute to reviewing and improving the standards. Develop your analytical skills and understanding of performance management.

Job Descriptions & Competencies: Review and align job descriptions and competency frameworks across roles, ensuring consistency across the Talent Management framework. Develop your analytical skills and ability to structure and synthesise information.

Succession Planning: Support tools and processes to identify successors and development actions for key positions. Consolidate information across organisations and help identify succession gaps. Develop your project management, data analysis, and stakeholder-management skills.

Talent Identification & Development: Support the collection and analysis of information related to top talent and contribute to defining development actions. Build skills in data analysis, information synthesis, and talent management.

Talent Management Initiatives: Support projects to strengthen the Talent Management and Development framework, including people-data analysis, internal mobility, career development, and related guidelines and tools. Develop your project management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills while gaining broad exposure to Talent Management.

Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing a master’s degree in engineering, data management, finance, business, management, or a related field. Experience or internship(s) in project management, data-driven roles, or HR process improvement are considered an asset.

Languages: Fluent English, written and spoken, is required. Additional languages are an advantage.

Personal skills: Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure complex information clearly. Effective communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment. High attention to detail, and willingness to progressively take ownership. Interest in performance management, KPI frameworks, HR management and talent management.

Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with Power BI is a strong plus. Basic understanding of database logic (tables, keys, relationships, data models) is highly valued.
