They define product outcomes in collaboration with leadership, drive discovery and delivery, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve meaningful results. The Senior Product Manager I develops into an expert on their product, users, data, and key workflows. This role uses both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, working closely with data partners to uncover insights and track success. The Senior Product Manager I also mentors junior Product Managers informally and is a trusted contributor to product direction and culture within the team.   This role is responsible for digital products and delivering solutions that support the direction and efforts of their team to achieve outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.
