We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Assistant Vice President of Human Resources to lead our client’s onsite HR operations and drive organizational success.   CampusWorks is seeking an experienced HR leader to support one of our valued clients in Columbia, MD in managing key HR functions. In this role, you’ll take a hands-on approach to talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance. At the same time, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, bringing expertise and innovative thinking to align HR strategies with the college’s institutional goals.
