1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but most providers don't accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway’s mission is to fix this by building a new mental healthcare system everyone can access. We started by solving the biggest barrier to care: insurance. The admin work - credentialing, claims, payment reconciliation - is a nightmare. We've automated that.

But we're going further. Over 90,000 providers across all 50 states run their practice on our software, serving over 2.6 million patients. We are building the best tools for therapists to run their entire practice, reimagining the experience of finding a therapist, and investing in the platform foundations to enable this at scale, and building much of it with AI. About the Team & Role

Headway's Patient Growth Marketing team helps people find affordable, in-network mental health care. We're hiring a Channel Manager for Affiliate and Creator/Influencers to make sure Headway shows up wherever people compare therapy options and hear from voices they trust. You'll get Headway live on paid listicles, earn spots in organic listicles, explore sponsorships that fit our mission, and build our creator and influencer program through Impact, working closely with our Brand team. You'll own both the scale and the cost of the channel, find clever ways to measure what's truly incremental, and build partner relationships that grow stronger over time.

You Will

  • Get Headway live on all relevant paid listicles, and negotiate placement, rank, and terms

  • Earn spots in organic listicles through outreach, PR, and strong publisher relationships

  • Find and test sponsorships with high contextual relevance, such as mental health podcasts, newsletters, and communities

  • Build and manage our creator and influencer program through Impact, from sourcing and contracts to briefs and payouts

  • Partner with our Brand team so every partner and creator respects our brand guidelines and healthcare claims rules

  • Grow the channel against scale and CAC goals together, and find clever ways to measure its incrementality

You’d be a great fit if…

  • You have hands-on experience running affiliate, listicle, and creator or influencer programs, including on platforms like Impact

  • You own both scale and efficiency, and you know how to grow volume while holding CAC

  • You understand incrementality and have clever ways to measure it in channels that are hard to measure

  • You're great at building relationships and keeping them strong over time with publishers, creators, and partners

  • You care about brand and know how to keep partners on brand while letting creators sound like themselves

  • Nice to have: partnerships experience in healthcare or other regulated categories
