The Role

Reporting to the COO, Simbe's Director of FP&A will own financial planning, forecasting, and the financial story we tell our Board, investors, and lenders.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility seat for someone who wants direct ownership of the model and the numbers — operating with startup speed and the rigor of a much larger finance organization.

Longer term, this role is about building an IPO-ready FP&A function: planning, reporting, and systems that scale with Simbe rather than needing to be rebuilt later.
