Our teams work at the intersection of strategy, business and technology, supporting clients through critical modernization initiatives. We are now looking for an experienced consultant to strengthen our Financial Industry team. 

Job Description

As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will help banks and financial institutions transform their technology landscape and operating models. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners, and bring strong technology credibility while maintaining a clear focus on business outcomes. 

  • Lead workstreams in large-scale transformation programs 

  • Act as a trusted advisor between business and technology stakeholders 

  • Support core banking and core platform modernization initiatives 

  • Define target operating models and technology roadmaps 

  • Manage implementation partners and vendors 

  • Contribute to business development, proposals and sales activities 

  • Coach and develop junior team members 

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who combine technology expertise with strong business understanding and are comfortable in both strategic and delivery-oriented environments. 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience from consulting, technology or industry 

  • Experience from banking, insurance, financial services or large technology environments 

  • Experience with core banking, payments, lending, cards, insurance or related platforms 

  • Strong understanding of technology transformation and system modernization 

  • Experience leading projects, programs or complex workstreams 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

  • Commercial mindset and interest in business development 

  • Master’s degree or equivalent higher education
